Usually a couple of hours, heavy soiled areas may take longer. ******************************** How long will it take to clean the carpets? It depends on the number of rooms we do and the condition of the carpets. The more work we have to put in to give you clean carpets the longer it takes. Five rooms and a hall can take from 2 to 4 hrs, a room and hall an hour. Each job is different and we do not rush a job to get to the next appointment. ************************************************** Do you move furniture? Yes, we move most furniture, and do not charge a fee. ***************************** Why have stains reappeared in 2 weeks after others cleaned? This is called a wicking process, the stain is coming up through the pad back into the carpet ********************************************************************** Do you guarantee your work? Yes we do ******************************** What about stains? Yes we do stain removal to the best of our abilities. We do not charge for stain removal. Not all stains can be removed. Should a stain wick back with in two weeks or so after our cleaning, we will come back one time and retreat the stains at no charge. ******************************************************** Can you get out pet odors? Yes, our shampoo has pleasant smelling non toxic deodorizers blended in , making your carpets smell fresh and clean. Our nap lifters removes more odor causing pet hair than any other carpet cleaning or vacuum system available. Pets have accidents that require special enzymatic deodorizers such as cat urine. Please tell us what has happened before we come out. For these situations there is a nominal charge. ***************************************************** Do you work weekends? Yes we work weekends and evenings. ******************************************** Are your products safe for kids and pets? Yes they are *********************************************** Do you accept credit cards? We are too small a company and cannot afford the discount rates banks require and still keep our rates low.
